Cannon Studio sells digital credits for AI video generation. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate consumption of AI compute resources, all credit purchases are generally non-refundable.
We will issue a refund in the following cases:
- Technical failure: If our service is completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours and you were unable to use your purchased credits.
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a billing error.
- Unauthorized purchase: If your account was compromised and used to make unauthorized purchases (must be reported within 48 hours).
Email liudecai110@gmail.com with your username, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request. We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Image generation is provided free of charge. Free services are not eligible for any compensation or refund.
