By accessing or using Cannon Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Cannon Studio provides AI-powered image generation and video creation tools. Images are free for registered users (up to 50 per day). Video generation costs credits which can be purchased.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information. One person may not maintain more than one free account.
You agree NOT to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or violates the rights of others. This includes but is not limited to: adult content, violence, hate speech, or content that infringes intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely for providing the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploaded images do not infringe on others' rights.
Video generation requires credits. Credits are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Credit purchases are processed by our payment partner (Creem).
We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance. AI-generated output quality may vary and is not guaranteed.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
